We ship all over Pakistan. Since each piece is handmade to order, please allow a short time for crafting before it’s on its way to you.

02 — Returns
Easy returns, within 3 days
Eligible for return
- Unworn and undamaged pieces
- Returned with original packaging & pouch
- Requested within 3 days of delivery
- Wrong item received or a manufacturing fault
Eligible for return
- Custom or personalised pieces
- Earrings, for hygiene reasons
- Items marked Sale or Clearance
- Requests made after 3 days

03 — Good to know
A few common questions
Can I exchange a piece for a different colour?
Yes — exchanges follow the same 3-day window as returns. Message us with your order number and we’ll arrange the swap once your piece is received, subject to availability.
Who covers return shipping?
If the return is due to our error — a fault or the wrong item — we cover the cost. For a change of mind, return shipping is paid by the customer.
My order arrived damaged, what now?
Message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the piece. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery everywhere?
COD is available across most of Pakistan. For a few remote areas, we may ask for an advance via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash instead.
